THE COMPANY:

Cornerstone Residential is a Multifamily Property Management company providing 3rd party management services . We manage a diverse set of assets including market rate, senior living, affordable, and lease up properties.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee Market Rate and LIHTC communities in the East and North Bay Area. The position is remote but must be in the general location of this area. Benefits include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regional Property Manager is a business and team leader. They are responsible to the overall success of their portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

• Hire, train, mentor and support onsite team members
• Communicate problem solving solutions to asset managers and senior management
• Review financial statements, review and approve invoices for payment
• Identify problems, implement solutions to address them
• Review operational reports, identify areas of improvement
• Oversight of property maintenance and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in multi-family property management
• Minimum 2 years' LIHTC experience required
• Minimum 2 years' of Regional Manager Experience required
• Working knowledge of Real Page or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and computer skills
• Solid communications skills and ability to effectively communicate recommendations directly to senior management
• Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment

TRAVEL: Ability to travel as needed for site visits and company meetings. Est up to 20-40% of the time

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• CAM, CPM, ARM, or CCRM certification
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Advanced proficiently with Real Page property management suite of products

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
